- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Topping

Instructions
- Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish and set aside. - Make the Corn Base
In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, milk, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Stir in corn and cheddar cheese until fully coated. - Spread Into the Baking Dish
Pour the creamy corn mixture into your prepared dish and smooth out the top. - Prepare the Topping
Combine the crushed buttery crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle the mixture evenly on top of the casserole. - Bake
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are bubbly and the topping is perfectly golden. - Serve
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy warm with your favorite main dishes!
Notes
- Cream cheese blends easiest when softened let it sit at room temperature 20–30 minutes before mixing.
- If your casserole looks too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons extra milk to loosen the mixture before baking.
- For a crispier topping, broil the casserole for 1–2 minutes at the end, watching closely so it doesn’t burn.
