  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
  3. Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a small circle.
  4. Fill the center of each circle with mozzarella cheese and a few pepperoni slices.
  5. Wrap the dough around the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  6. Place the dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  7. Brush generously with the butter mixture.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
