- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
- Add the drained chickpeas to the bowl and toss them gently in the maple glaze until fully coated.
- Spread the chickpeas evenly on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
