  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sweet heat pepper jelly. Mix until well blended and smooth.
  2. Add the diced bell peppers and chopped cilantro to the cream cheese mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir until evenly distributed.
  3. Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface of the tortilla.
  4. Starting from one edge, tightly roll the tortilla into a log shape. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  5. Once all tortillas are rolled, wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. After chilling, remove the tortillas from the refrigerator and slice them into 1-inch pinwheels. Arrange on a serving platter and enjoy!
