- 1/2 cup sweet heat pepper jelly
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)

- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sweet heat pepper jelly. Mix until well blended and smooth.
- Add the diced bell peppers and chopped cilantro to the cream cheese mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and stir until evenly distributed.
- Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface of the tortilla.
- Starting from one edge, tightly roll the tortilla into a log shape. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Once all tortillas are rolled, wrap them in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- After chilling, remove the tortillas from the refrigerator and slice them into 1-inch pinwheels. Arrange on a serving platter and enjoy!
